7. We do not require and support data collection carried out by Babysitter Partner directly unless full consent is given by the User. We are not responsible for the acquisition, processing and storage of data provided to Babysitting Partners.

1. The purpose of using personal data as previously mentioned is to set up and manage your account with us, communicate with you, provide features, services and functions for you on our application.

If you are a Babysitting Partner, We use your data to verify that you are a capable individual to provide your services to Customers, set up and manage your account with us, communicate with you, and otherwise provide you with various services and features available in the Application. We also use your data to carry out maintenance on Our Application, and to adjust Our products and services to Your preferences, and from the Company in Our affiliates, partners, and Our services to You.

3. We share your data with Third Party Partners to facilitate the performance of services for or by you, to the extent necessary for them to provide their services, including but not limited to, payment processing, claims, insurance, etc.

4. We process your data in several locations, both in Indonesia and outside Indonesia. We may also transfer your data to our affiliates and Third Party partners outside Indonesia for the purposes as set out in this Policy.

5. Apart from the purposes as mentioned previously, we also use your data for:
a. Carry out our business operational functions;
b. Provide assistance with respect to technical difficulties or operational issues with the application;
